By registering for the event, all TEDxDartmouth attendees agree to comply with the following set of expectations, rules, and policies:
Admission to the event requires a valid printed or mobile ticket. Tickets can be obtained online or at the door (Spaulding Auditorium, Hopkins Center for the Arts, Hanover, 03755).
The conference will be divided into a morning (10 AM - 12 PM) and afternoon session (1 PM - 3 PM) with a different set of six speakers in each. Attendees may register for either a single session or for the entire day.
Event check-in and registration for the morning session will begin promptly at 9:00 AM EST on April 13, 2019 in the Russo Atrium of the Hood Museum of Art (adjacent to the Hopkins Center). Doors to the auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to the conference start time of 10:00 AM. For the afternoon session, check-in will begin at 12:30 PM in the Russo Atrium of the Hood Museum of Art.
All attendees must wear their conference name badge given during check-in at all times during the event.
No flash photography or video recording at the venue is permitted under any circumstances during a session.
Cancellations and refunds are only allowed up to 7 days prior to the event. For Dartmouth students, a fee of $10 will apply for no-shows or those who cancel after April 6th at 10:00 AM EST.
Tickets may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please edit the registrant information on your Eventbrite ticket and email firstname.lastname@example.org if you will be giving your ticket to someone else.
Attendees are not allowed to bring any guests. Each attendee must have their own ticket.
No one under the age of 12 is allowed into the auditorium. Special exceptions may apply. Contact email@example.com for more details.
No travel or lodging funding is available for attendees from outside the Upper Valley.
Refreshments and snacks will be provided to all attendees on the day of the event. Lunch will be provided to attendees who register for the entire day. Food and drink is not allowed into the auditorium at any time.
The event will be video recorded and photographed for distribution on the TEDx Talks Youtube Channel, our website, and social medial channels. By attending the event, you are consenting to a photo and video release.
TEDxDartmouth organizers are not liable or responsible for any injuries, loss or theft of any personal belongings of any attendees during the event.
